It is energy-boosting, healthy, comforting, delicious, quick, and easy to make. Granola is both a breakfast meal as well as a snack. I personally like to have it with milk, but yogurt can work well too. I find it much cheaper to make my own rather than buy the ready ones.
Additionally, you are in control of the number of calories to add as compared to the store-bought ones.

It’s simple to make, and here’s how.

In a large bowl combine the oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds. desiccated coconut and mix well.

In a separate small bowl combine all the wet ingredients. Stir until well blended.

Pour the wet ingredients onto the oats mixture and stir until well coated.

Pour mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven. Stir. Then return for another 5 minutes.

They should appear a little golden.

Let it cool then add the dried fruits. Mix well, and your granola is ready.
